What I find most disturbing about this somehow are those wrinkles of skin above his feet - shudder - and while this might sound odd, I love the fact we can see his genitals - that you haven't just given him some coy 'boxer shorts' or similar - it just lends additional grit to this already pretty unpleasant design!
